Chinese Democracy has been a long time in the making, but it looks like it’s going to be released soon.
The first single is now available to download from Amazon, but you can listen to it here for FREE!
What do you think?? Do you like it or hate it?

I love Musicovery. It is simple and it is awesome. And it will drain your bandwidth like no other. When you first visit Musicovery, you are welcomed with a panel. Just select your range of options. Starting at the top you choose if you are looking for classic music that you have probably heard before or you can discover new music which you probably have never heard.
Next, choose the time frame in years for the age of the music. Choose your mood, Dark, Energetic, Positive or calm. Then its just a matter of choosing you favorite genre or genre’s. Musicovery will do the rest. Musicovery will load a heap of songs for you and a path to each song. When your song is playing you can approve or hate it. This will help Musicovery choose the right music for you.
Personally, I like listening to new Jazz and Musicovery has not let me down yet. I guess you can think of Musicovery as a bit like Pandora, but available globally.

When you download something from those crazy kids over at Mozilla, you know it’s going to be good. Take the awesome browser for example. Or Thunderbird, the Microsoft Outlook killer. Songbird is no different, aimed directly between the eyes of MP3 players like the bloated WinAmp or Microsoft Media Player. Songbird is a desktop media player mashed-up with the Web. Songbird is committed to playing the music that you want, from the sites you love, on any of the devices you want, challenges the conventions of discovery, purchase, consumption and organization of music on the Internet.
Songbird is a player and a platform. Like Firefox, Songbird is an open source, Open Web project built on the Mozilla platform. Songbird provides a public playground for Web media mash-ups by providing developers with both desktop and Web APIs, developer resources and fostering Open Web media standards, to wit, an Open Media Web.
What makes Songbird stand out from the rest? Put simply, Addons. Because Songbird is open source, the developers out there are going crazy putting together some awesome addons. Addons that you would expect to see when using Firefox. Songbird also has a built in browser that will let you visit a website. If that website has an MP3 embedded, Songbird will automatically download it to your library, if you want it to.
Head over to the Nine Inch Nails website to download the new album for FREE. Yes, you can legally download the new album from Trent and the boys for free. But be warned, the website is being slammed at the moment because so many people are downloading it, so it may be offline or the album may not be available when you visit.
But just keep checking back and when its available, GRAB IT! You can also download the torrent from The Pirate Bay, if you know about torrents.
Girl Talk is awesome. DJ Greg Gillis’ ability to mix great music into a fantastic party mix is mind boggling. On his newest release, Feed The Animals, you will hear Missy Elliot, Dixie’s Midnight Runners, Hendrix, Public Enemy, Eminem, Air, Michael Jackson and more in the mix. Feed The Animals is good, but not as good as his last release Night Ripper, which I think is far superior. But that is my personal opinion and I am no Rolling Stone music reviewer!
Feed The Animals is available for download now with a “Name Your Price” price tag. You can pay nothing or as much as you want. Personally, I paid for it. Its worth it, and the effort that must go into making a mix like this deserves some sort of payment. The more you pay the better the quality of the download. The more you pay, they will actually ship the CD to you as well as the download.
Possibly one of the most influential bands to exist, Metallica are back with their 9th studio album, Death Magnetic. Word on the net is that this album was leaked to the internet by the band before it’s official release. This really surprises me, especially after the Metallica / Napster controversy several years ago. If you don’t remember, Metallica basically had Napster shut down. Some of you younger ones may not even know Napster back when it was the king of file sharing. Napster was what started it all. Metallica didn’t like it and they came after Napster and everyone who used Napster. It got pretty ugly.
However, this is all in the past now and Metallica have decided that the internet is something that is going to work for them rather than against them. The new album is produced by legendary producer Rick Rubin and is an excellent album. It’s almost old school Metallica with a bit of a new flavor. Old fans will love it and new fans will enjoy it.
